Shipping policy

The shipping services of the Unites States Postal Services (USPS) and others will be used, as applicable. All orders are shipped as soon as possible within 3 – 5 days after being placed. The customer will receive a tracking number (if applicable) via email so they can track their order. All invoices are sent directly to the email address provided by the customer. All orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 10am – 5pm. Notwithstanding its delay, it will not imply cancellation of the order or any compensation. Any order is considered delivered when the postal service confirms it in the tracking information.
