All sales are final. A refund or store credit will be granted for the value of the product, as long as the customer: (1) notifies their return via email to firstname.lastname@example.org during the first 7 days of receiving the package; (2) return your products in perfect condition; and (3) pay the return shipping costs.
- Shipping error – If you receive an item by mistake, or the item does not correspond to the order requested in the order, Editorial Destellos will bear the costs of the return and new shipping.
- Incorrect Address – If you provide an incorrect or insufficient address, the shipment will be returned to our facilities. Editorial Destellos will make a second attempt at no additional cost. If the order is returned to our facility a second time, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
- Order Cancellation – If the customer cancels their order before shipping, there will be no additional charge. If the customer cancels their order after it has been shipped, they will be responsible for the shipping costs, as well as the return costs.
- Lost or stolen packages – Editorial Destellos is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for the order.
